The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips for exploring the area. The hostel was beautifully maintained and the facilities were always clean. The free breakfast was fantastic and well-stocked. Plus, the terrace was absolutely stunning and we loved spending time there.
Our experience was marred by extremely noisy guests. They arrived back to the hostel late at night and continued partying until the early hours, disrupting our sleep.

We didn't realize going in that this would be a hostel , but we were pleasantly surprised to find that sharing a common bath was no problem, and the atmosphere was very laid-back and friendly. The girl who helped settle us in made sure we had everything we needed and gave us info on places to go for a quick dinner. Breakfast was good, and the other families staying were friendly. The comfort of the beds was exceptional, and the owners were extremely kind and friendly. They waited up for us and showed us around as if we were at home in their home. The kitchen was a lovely place to hang out, and the setting of the hotel was just breathtaking. The location of the hotel was also a major positive point. Despite a few minor issues like a flickering light and a slow drain in the shower, our stay at the Townhouse was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially for my elderly mother who uses a wheelchair. the fully equipped wheelchair toilet/bathroom in our room was perfect for her. the location was great, with free unlimited parking right beside the hotel. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendation, the Adelphi, which had excellent food and polite staff. a top-class experience.
Felt like relaxing at home, nothing to complain about.

The water in the shower had great pressure and was always hot. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the main attraction. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the place was really disappointing. Dust was everywhere and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days.

This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations with its exclusive amenities. the room was stunningly decorated and had all the private facilities. the staff provided excellent service and the bar/lounge area was inviting.
Although the service was good, there was one minor issue. There was no call-bell at the reception desk for contacting the manager.

I had a great stay at this hotel right in the centre of this beautiful coastal city. Cleanliness was top-notch and staff were very friendly. The hotel facilities offered a large shared kitchen with all necessary appliances and a comfy lounge with sofas and armchairs to relax. The location meant easy access to beaches and to all shops in town.
Nothing to fault.

The value for money at Townhouse Boutique was excellent, with a large and comfortable room that had a balcony to enjoy the atmosphere. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, and all the attractions in town. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed and giving great recommendations for dinner.
The morning meal would've been better if they provided shampoo and body wash, like some other hotels do.

The only issue mentioned in the reviews is the shared toilets, with some guests suggesting a potential lack of availability during busy times.
